The Answer Company’s president Shawn Ostheimer and Ontario Regional Manager Jonathan Ross recently visited Sage South Africa (SA) to learn more about efforts to deliver ERP solutions to the local mining industry. Hosted by Sage SA’s Senior Vice President of Sales Keith Fenner, they learned of Sage ERP X3 product developments that have launched the software as a powerful solution for the local mining industry.

One of the largest Sage Software Partners in Canada, The Answer Company, has completed the acquisition of Avante Solutions’ Canadian SalesLogix line of business. The deal makes The Answer Company one of the largest Sage SalesLogix providers in Canada.

Although The Answer Company has been a successful reseller of Epicor for many years, up until now the company has not had a dedicated Epicor Consultant. It is now excited to announce that Mark Leggett, CMA, ACMA (UK), has joined the team!
This move will reinforce The Answer Company’s technical support services to its existing Epicor clients, as well as allow it to offer more detailed and comprehensive service to new clients interested in evaluating Epicor’s software solutions. Shawn Ostheimer, Owner & President of The Answer Company, stated “We are excited to welcome Mark to the team! He is a great asset and we are certainly strengthening our services group by adding one of the top Epicor Consultants in Canada to our group. Mark is not only enhancing our ability to better service Epicor E9 customers, but reinforcing our Sage X3 practice”.
