Software that isn't used, or is used improperly, cannot deliver the business results you need. No implementation is complete until all your staff is fully trained on the new software.
We provide training in 2 basic formats:
- Our Train the Trainer program uses small classroom sessions with functional groups to focus on the specifics of how each group uses their component of the software. This program allows users to then train others within their functional group.
- Our One-on-One training is typically a follow up to classroom training and focuses on dealing with specific questions and issues related to on-the-job requirements. One-on-one sessions serve to provide users with the knowledge and understanding necessary to allow them to perform their daily routines with confidence.
