Craig Elander joined The Answer Company in 2015 as Director of Customer Management after a fifteen-year tenure at Sage Software. Craig leads the team responsible for customer service and support, helping to maintain the highest level of customer service and works actively to increase the overall customer experience. With a focus on having a positive impact on a customer’s success, Craig is looking forward to building trusted relationships with customers using Sage 100 ERP, Sage 300 ERP, and Sage 500 ERP.
While at Sage, Craig held a number of roles, most recently as Regional Sales Manager, working with Sage Partners selling Mid-Market ERP solutions to customers in Western Canada. He was responsible for the management and development of high-performing Sage Partners, and ensuring an extraordinary customer experience for the end user. A dynamic team leader, he has worked with ERP Partners to optimize their sales performance, marketing efforts, and business strategies. Craig employed a Partner engagement strategy that established himself as a trusted advisor and key influencer on business activities.
In his free time, Craig enjoys attending film festivals, collecting records, and reading the great literary classics. He is also a long time sponsor and advocate for the Canadian Cancer Society.
