Ichung has been with BurCom for 2.5 years and is looking forward to working with The Answer Company. Prior to BurCom, he worked as an Oracle Peoplesoft CRM Consultant and Project Manager, as well Information Systems Manager for a computer component manufacturer. His extensive experience in the technology industry also includes working as a Solution Architect for a life-cycle management software company.
Ichung is enthusiastic about promoting ideas and philosophies on customer relationship management, and has a passion for improving efficiency and effectiveness of managing customer relationships through business process re-engineering.
He originally graduated from the University of Colorado, Denver with a Masters degree in Management of Information Systems, and Management of Business Administration. With his varied experience across the industry since then, Ichung is a strong CRM Consultant with expertise in solution design, implementation. customization, and troubleshooting. He also excels in Sage CRM integrations with Sage 300 and Sage X3.
Ichung has worked with clients from various industries including banking, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations, and all sizes ranging from small shops to Global 500 companies. He enjoys working and communicating with people at different levels in corporations.
