Murielle joined The Answer Company in 2016 as our Customer Service Coordinator, bringing to the table a strong background in customer service. She came to us from Zomato where she strived in determining what her customers were looking for, enabling her to produce and publish compelling content to satisfy their needs. Murielle is the first point of contact when customers call and she work with them to determine their needs and coordinate The Answer Company’s web of experts so clients gets assistance as quickly as possible.
Obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Human Geography from the University of British Columbia, Murielle has illustrated her keen interest in learning and ability to excel both academically and in the workplace. She strives to be attentive to our customers so they have the best possible experience working with our team.
Outside of the office Murielle enjoys socializing and takes every opportunity she can to spend time hiking and in the outdoors. Enthusiastic about giving back, she’s sponsored a young child in Haiti, Nadege, for over 3 years through Plan Canada and she contributes monthly to Doctors Without Borders.
