Sheila has over 7 years of experience working with Sage 300 (formerly Sage Accpac). She believes that her business education background and experience with different Sage products are an excellent combination for providing a quality support service for clients.
Prior to working with TAC, Sheila worked for Wal-Mart as a Customer Service Manager and then found TAC (formerly Unisoft) and started working as an administrative assistant / receptionist. After she learned Sage 300, she became a consultant.
Sheila obtained her Business Degree in the Philippines. Because she could not use her credentials in Canada, she had to go back to school and start from scratch. For her second time round, Sheila obtained her business degree from Capilano University.
After 2 years, Sheila decided to go back to workforce and found TAC. From here she grow not only in her career but also as a person.
Sheila takes care of her clients by troubleshooting issues, creating reports, and training. She finds satisfaction in helping her clients and she enjoys learning something every day. She is adept at Sage 300 ERP, Sage CRM
Outside of work, Sheila enjoys spending time with her family.
