Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Director of Professional Services and Consultants to plan, schedule, steer and successfully execute concurrent customer Tier II ERP implementation projects;
• Work closely with the Director of PMO to ensure consistent adherence to company methodology, guidelines, and project management tools while recognizing and being flexible to individual customer needs;
• Create project charter, project team and customer team kick off, functional scope, business design & requirements, and gap analysis documentation and/or presentations;
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, tasks lists, change control, and risk management tools and reporting;
• Effectively schedule and manage internal and external resources to ensure project deliverables and milestones are progressing on schedule and on budget;
• Schedule and facilitate project team meetings, prepare agendas and minutes while ensuring meeting duration and discussion content is on track;
• Communicate project information and progress across the project team; provide status reports and presentations to management and steering committees as required;
• Support and guide project teams and project leads through the project lifespan, ensuring all stages are well explained, communicated, and key deliverables and milestones are accomplished according to plan and timeline;
• Continually review ways to improve project execution, reporting and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of project management experience related to enterprise software implementations in the SMB space;
• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Accounting;
• Experience managing projects using proven project management principles, methodologies, and a variety of software tools;
• Proven related experience in a customer facing role; ability to mitigate difficult situations and remain calm under pressure;
• Self-starter, results and detail oriented, exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
• Excellent time management, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent relationship building skills, comfortable working across all levels of an organization including executive level;
• Strong influencing, coaching and consultative skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• PMP certification considered an asset;
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
