Andy Chan plays a key role as part of the team at The Answer Company. His job focuses on generating new sales leads and account management. Andy is most commonly known for delving deep into client’s day-to-day operations, looking for ways to improve processes and lower costs. He always looks to provide solution recommendations that help create more efficient business practices with a return on investment. One of his key goals is to assist customers in finding a solution that allows them to eliminate manual processes.
His past work experience includes working at NCIX/Netlink Computer Inc. as an Ecommerce Merchandiser where he managed the Amazon USA account for online product sales. At the time, Andy was also responsible for B2b Account Management in Alberta and Saskatchewan. He was also previously at the Sage Group as an account manager. There, he worked as a CSR representative for Sage Business Vision’s product line. In the past, for nearly a decade Andy worked with the City of Vancouver as a youth worker, and says he is “Passionate about developing youth and moulding them into young adults by providing guidance, advice, and being a role model.”
With a young family at home, Andy appreciates the work/life balance and flexibility that working at The Answer Company provides him. Andy huge sports fan, and watches everything from basketball, NFL football, MLB baseball, hockey to golf, soccer, MMA. He also plays in basketball and volleyball leagues in weekly leagues.
