As our Professional Services Coordinator, Nancy is essential to resource planning & scheduling and acts as a liaison between the Sales and Professional Services Groups for improved communication and administrative flows.
She brings over 12 years of Project Management, Administration, and Service Operations experience with her. Most recently she was with Trane Canada for 5 years where she was responsible for managing their contracting projects, administration and internal relations, as well as providing mentoring and training on best practices & processes. Prior to that, she was a Service Operations Agent for 4 years in the energy industry managing operations and services of 15 technicians who performed 350+ contracts, audits and implementations.
In her own words, she enjoys “cheffing it up in the kitchen”, hiking, swimming and walking Vancouver’s iconic Stanley Park seawall. She also participates in regular fundraising and volunteering for BC Cancer Care and Union Gospel Mission.
