Sandy is a technology driven powerhouse. With an A+ Certified Bachelor’s Degree of Technology (IT), a glimpse of the experience she brings to our team includes managing networks, servers, backups, phone systems as well as business applications. She joined The Answer Company from Tailwind Transportation Software, where she provided technical support and kept the office running smoothly as an IT Administrator and Software Support Representative.
While working with clients, Sandy’s focus is resolving technical issues, taking proactive action to help clients avoid any interruptions in business operations, and managing backups. She enjoys the problem solving aspect of her role, but above all, having a hand in helping clients succeed.
In her own time she enjoys reading and working out at the gym. She also donates regularly to the Red-Cross.
