[music] (Anisha Virani, President, Sunblest Commodities) Sunblest Commodities is an importer, wholesaler and distributor of natural and organic ingredients and we supply the grocery, food service, and industrial manufacturing sector. We launched in 2010. Today we have 10 people and our sales are a little over $18m [laughs]. Really, our growth, our success has been built on the quality of the products that we distribute. (Pat Chapman, Office Manager, Sunblest Commodities) Well, the growth at Sunblest has been outstanding. When I first started working here, you'd be entering 2 or 3 orders a day and now, we're entering 15 or 20. (Anisha) We face a mixed bag of challenges: global logistics, you know, we're dealing with different governments, different regulations; lot traceability; tracking inventory; returns, it's all been a bit of a challenge. (Mimi Lam, Accountant, Sunblest Commodities) Our challenge right now is being able to run certain information and a lot of times we end up pulling different reports and then having to compile our own tables and schedules using spreadsheets. (Christine Xu, Quality Assurance Specialist, Sunblest Commodities) And that is redundant, but we didn't really have a solution. (Pat) Well, when we started looking for an updated software solution, we looked at a number of different programmes and they involved pretty well everybody in the company. (Anisha) And in the end, we found that Sage ERP X3 actually provided all the solutions that we were looking at. Um... It was a thing of beauty. [laughs] (Pat) One of the reasons that we chose Sage ERP X3 was because we felt that it would grow with the company. It was perfect for what we were looking for. (Christine) I think Sage ERP X3 will definitely benefit how we operate our business from day to day and having teh Sage ERP X3 system will make thinsg much more easier and much more effective. (Anisha) I'm just hoping that it brngs all of our business practices together. It makes the life of the team a lot easier. I see it in terms of time savings and cost savings, and also just managing our customers better. [music]
