It's been interesting. As a really small team, we didn't necissarily have the resources to have someone dedicated to working on the ERP. So, the team from Sage and The Answer Company's been absolutely fantastic about coming in and helping us sort of build out what we needed. So The Answer Company has just recently uploaded all of our data and now we're sort of seeing what that flow is going to look like.

For instance, Sage and The Answer Company will configure certain templates so it fits out needs, certain reports that we want from the system.

Taking all that data and manipulating it into a fabulous report that, you know, you can slice and dice in different ways and present to customers and use internally as well. Dashboards that will remind people what they need to do every morning, being able to use documents together, where ever you happen to be.

We're trying to get a good mix of things that were positive in the old programme, especially with the documents, so that the customers are still familiar with the paper work. We like to have a consistent flow for the customer as we move into the new system.

We'll have built the infrastructure in order to support our current sales and grow, so that's fantastic.
