Our Community’s People

Giving back to the community has been an integral part of The Answer Company since our founding in 1994. Our Answering The Call program consists of quarterly company fundraising or volunteer initiatives, and individual-led initiatives that are supported by the company. Employee fundraising missions are announced internally and donation amounts are matched by the company. Every employee gets four paid days off per year to volunteer for something of their choice.

The Answer Company  Co-op Program

80% of our co-op students end up staying on the team or coming back after graduation to work at The Answer Company.

As digital transformation experts, we know that the talent and knowledge of young people is a huge driver of growth in technology. We believe that investing in the growth and experience of students is not only an excellent way to connect with our community, but also a recipe for fostering a long-term career. Our co-op program partners with UBC, SFU, BCIT, and many other Canadian post-secondary institutions. Our co-op roles span four, eight, or 12 months and we hire co-ops across all our departments. Many of our co-op students later join our company as some of our best and brightest.
