A part of our company’s culture is giving back and our staff are dedicated to volunteering and working with the community. We are also in the business of creating solutions and optimizing efficiency, so we decided to take advantage of economies of scale, and create a program that would have a much larger impact.
Our “Answering the Call” program makes many contributions in our community such as donating services and software to two charities a year and aligning our efforts with clients who also contribute to the community, which attracts like-minded organizations that value social responsibility. We also give our team members 4 days per year off to focus on community work that enhances the work they already do through their own volunteer efforts. The Answer Company recognizes and celebrates exemplary efforts made by team members.
