George has held leadership roles such as CFO for EastCoal Inc. and Aegis Mobility, demonstrating his ability to drive financial success and operational resilience in high-stakes environments. Known for his hands-on approach, George collaborates closely with clients, providing guidance on Acumatica and business intelligence tools. As Chief Operating Officer, Darren Redies brings over two decades of expertise to The Answer Company, having joined the team in 1999. Darren is at the helm of our operational strategy, focusing on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. His leadership is instrumental in aligning internal processes with client goals, ensuring The Answer Company remains agile and responsive to evolving needs.

With a reputation for clarity and innovation, Darren specializes in transforming complex business challenges into streamlined solutions. His operational oversight not only improves internal performance but also empowers our clients to navigate ERP solutions confidently, achieving measurable business outcomes.

Craig Elander, Director of Customer Management at The Answer Company, has been instrumental in shaping our customer success strategy since he joined in 2015. With a background in ERP gained at Sage Software, Craig brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, leading a team dedicated to supporting clients at every stage of their journey. His focus on exceptional customer service and proactive support allows clients to navigate change with confidence.

Craig’s dedication to client success extends beyond implementation. He prioritizes long-term relationships, providing sustained guidance as clients evolve, which reflects The Answer Company’s commitment to impactful, client-centered partnerships.

Outside of work, Craig is a champion for meaningful causes, supporting the Canadian Cancer Society with the same compassion and commitment he brings to his clients. His dedication to social responsibility mirrors The Answer Company’s focus on community and positive change.

Vantha Oum is the Director of Professional Services at The Answer Company, leading our bilingual team based in Montreal to support Quebec’s manufacturing, distribution and service indsutry clients.With over 22 years of experience, including a strong background in ERP implementation, supply chain, and logistics, Vantha is known for his strategic approach to solving client challenges. His team’s bilingual capabilities allow them to provide seamless support to Quebec’s diverse client base.

Vantha’s qualifications include a degree in electronic engineering from ETS and a certificate in operations management from UQAM, giving him a solid foundation to deliver impactful, technology-driven solutions. He is committed to ensuring each client gains maximum value from their ERP investment, focusing on solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.

Outside of his professional life, Vantha is a dedicated outdoorsman and endurance athlete, enjoying activities from camping and hiking to cross-country and alpine skiing. His community spirit shines through his annual involvement with Operation Red Nose, where he helps fundraise for youth sports initiatives, supporting positive growth in his region.

Janice Rodgers began her career with The Answer Company as an ERP Implementation Consultant for Acumatica. Her strong technical abilities, coupled with her extensive finance and accounting background, offered a profound understanding of the evolving demands placed on businesses today.

For Janice, the journey is not just about implementing systems—it’s about helping people comprehend the “Why?” along their path. She excels in bridging the gaps between business and technology. Through collaborative partnerships, Janice Rodgers makes sure that clients are reaching their goals and staying on track, bringing tangible benefits to their organizations.

It was her commitment to customer success that led to Janice becoming the Lead, and then Director, of our construction practice, where she leads a team of construction ERP experts.

Elaine Ooi, Director of Business Development at The Answer Company, has been an invaluable team member since 2016. With a solid foundation from her nine years at Sage, she brings extensive expertise in lead development, inside sales, and project management. Elaine’s dual interest in Sales and Marketing allows her to bridge these areas, strategically supporting The Answer Company’s growth and client engagement initiatives.

Elaine collaborates closely with clients, identifying their unique challenges and guiding them to solutions that maximize their ERP investment. Her commitment to delivering value aligns with The Answer Company’s client-focused mission, ensuring clients fully benefit from their software and partnership experience.

Beyond work, Elaine enjoys hiking, walking her dog, playing Ultimate Frisbee, traveling, and spending time with family. A dedicated community member, she actively volunteers at the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation and is always seeking new opportunities to give back.

Lori Farrow, Director of Marketing at The Answer Company, brings over two decades of marketing expertise to her role, where she spearheads strategic initiatives that enhance client engagement and drive business growth.

With a background that includes years at Sage and a proven track record in integrated marketing, Lori is dedicated to designing data-driven campaigns that connect with clients and support The Answer Company’s mission of propelling businesses forward.

Under her leadership, the Marketing team collaborates closely with Business Development to create multi-channel campaigns that resonate with specific industries, delivering measurable outcomes that contribute to long-term client success.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys an active lifestyle, embracing yoga, skiing, and dance. She also values family time, particularly with her grandchildren, and supports the Canucks Autism Network, embodying The Answer Company’s commitment to community and meaningful connections.

As The Answer Company’s Human Resources Manager, Linda Djurisic works closely with management and staff across the firm to develop HR goals & initiatives, and act as a strategic partner to ensure HR strategies aligned with business strategies. She initially joined BurCom Consulting in 2009 as a HR Coordinator, responsible for overseeing the human resource activities of the firm, and truly expanded that role after joining our team.

Linda is a Certified Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of experience in professional services firms across various industries, including accounting and information technology as well as architecture and engineering. She has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the U of A and is currently working towards a Management Certificate.

She enjoys helping individuals and organizations achieve success and looks forward to building trusted relationships with both internal and external clients.
