Shirley Latinecz has previously worked as the project coordinator and internal accountant for BurCom Consulting and in her new position, her hope is to help build an exemplary project management system. She will be helping clients to ensure projects stay on time and on budget as much as possible, be a listening ear when customers have questions or issues with services provided, help resolve invoicing issues.
Shirley joined The Answer Company as the Project Accountant, coming from 18 years of experience working with 21st Century Systems and BurCom Consulting. After obtaining a Business Administration diploma and becoming a Certified General Accountant, she had started off as a bookkeeper, but quickly grew to Customer Services Representative, Project Coordinator and Internal Accountant. Adding value to the organization she works for is what Shirley enjoys most about her job, as well as helping develop effective & efficient processes, helping the team stay on time/on budget, and seeing the value & appreciation from satisfied customers.
She loves travelling, kayaking, walking, cultural foods and spending time with family and friends. Shirley has also enjoyed running a Teen Moms program and volunteering at Siloam Mission.
