Beyond the Pandemic – Opportunity and Issues

For this year’s Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARS Report, ERP Global Insights wraps up the previous year and takes a look at the year in front of us. As the pandemic had urged many to transition online and acquire more cloud-based software, CEO of Crestwood Associates, Tim Thompson comments that “the transition is behind us largely. That feels good. We are seeing rapid growth on the subscription side.”. Now that many have had the chance to get familiar with cloud and its benefits, we want to shift the focus more toward showing the “stickiness of our customer bases” says Linda Rose, head of Rozebiz.
