Craig Elander Joins The Answer Company as New Director of Customer Management
The Answer Company, leading provider of business management software, announced today that Craig Elander has joined the team as the new Director of Customer Management. The newly created role will be at the center of helping maintain the highest level of customer service and work actively to increase the overall customer experience with The Answer Company.
Mr. Elander is a long time software industry veteran, having risen through the ranks at Sage Software, the primary software partner of The Answer Company. He started at Sage while attending Trinity Western University’s School of Business, as a summer co-op internship placement. Mr. Elander ends his fifteen-year tenure at Sage having most recently filled the role of Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada, achieving Sage’s Inner Circle for Outstanding Sales Achievement for four consecutive years, and receiving Sage’s Hall of Fame honors in 2012. Mr. Elander also held the position of Account Manager for Sage ERP and CRM Partners in the Southeast US, helping partners in the region excel and win multiple awards for Sage 300 ERP Partner of the Year.

Mr. Elander will oversee the team responsible for customer service, support, and professional services at The Answer Company. He will also lead and work alongside The Answer Company’s team of consultants and technicians to deliver Sage solutions, having unique insights with working with the software company as a developer and a vendor.
