Improved Financials

Increased Dynamic Allocations flexibility

Improved Dynamic Allocation handling means you can support per-dimension value allocation for Employees and Projects and enable restricted users to leverage Dynamic Allocations.

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Enhancements

Eliminate confusion and clarify tasks with a more simplified Receive Payments workflow and easily track an advance throughout its lifecycle from the AP Advances page. Other improvements include multi-currency support, better control of summary frequency and new user permissions that allow for finer granularity.

Canadian Input Tax Credit (CITC) Support

If you’re a business operating within Canada, you can now easily partition out the exempt portion of the tax expenditure in Purchasing transactions.

Deep Cross-Functionality

Subscription and SaaS Industries: Convert Themed Contracts to Evergreen

In the 2022 R2 release, the evergreen contract type was introduced, but in this release, you get the flexibility to renew a themed contract into an evergreen contract.

Construction: Project Contract Enhancements

The R3 update has made it easier to import and duplicate contract and contract lines functionality to make it easier to create and update project contract information. Experience improved visibility and ease of reporting on conversion workflows as project screen layout optimizations show you key information at a glance.

Non-profit: Introducing Sage Intacct Mateo

Streamline and optimize savings and loan programs for Diocesan organizations with the new cloud-based application, Mateo. With Mateo, you can pay third-party vendors from savings and loan accounts, combine deposits to streamline bank reconciliation, and generate monthly interest postings and bank statements.

Cloud Platform Enhancements

Additional Pre-Built Insights

Six new out-of-the-box dashboards have been created for General Business and Non-Profit organizations to get the critical business information you need, designed specifically for roles like AP and AR managers, CFOs, Controllers and Department Managers. For software subscription companies, SaaS Intelligence dashboards enable insights into the most important software and subscription metrics.

More Automation: Reconciliation Rules and Subscription Billing

Reduce manual effort and save time with reconciliation rules that can help you automatically create credit card transactions in Sage Intacct. New transactions match to bank transactions for reconciliation to save you time and help with month-end close.

Subscription-based businesses can set up invoice policies that define parameters and criteria to generate invoices on a set schedule, eliminating manual steps in the invoice generation process.
