The Answer Company Names Darren Redies as Solution Architect
The Answer Company, leading provider of business management software, announced that Darren Redies has been named its new Solutions Architect. The newly created role is designed to assist sales activities focused on Sage ERP X3 and oversee the transition to implementation of business management solutions.
Mr. Redies, who had previously held the position of Senior Consultant and Business Analyst with The Answer Company since 1999, will be an active member of the Sage ERP X3 discovery and requirements gathering team. He will oversee product demonstrations, focusing on understanding prospective clients’ requirements through to the delivery of software systems.
“I’m personally very excited that Darren has accepted this position,” noted Shawn Ostheimer, President of The Answer Company. “Throughout the years, we have explored ways to improve the service to customers, and now we can expand that attitude further to include all companies we come in contact with.” The Answer Company, with Mr. Redies contribution, will improve the sales process, and offer customers a unique new experience when investing in ERP solutions.
As a Senior Consultant and Business Analyst with The Answer Company, Mr. Redies oversaw product demonstrations, installation, training, and implementation, as well as support and customization services for other Sage ERP products, such as Sage 500 ERP and Sage PFW ERP, making the move to Sage ERP X3 a natural progression. Prior to joining The Answer Company, Mr. Redies served as the IT manager and Web Master for a large optical supplier, where he developed online sales systems and managed the company’s internal network.
