As our Customer Service Coordinator, Patricia makes it her mission to ensure that our customers are always receiving the help and support they need. She brings almost 20 years of customer service experience spanning across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, travel and property management.
Empathy, loyalty and passion are the three attributes Patricia strives most to bring clients, and knowing that she is helping them meet their needs & goals is one of the highlights of her job. Her academic background is diverse, and even though she already had a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Universidade Estacio de Sa, Brazil, she is currently working towards getting a second Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Patricia has a self-diagnosed ‘travel bug’ and she’s always seeking out new destinations to explore, particularly on cruises. She also enjoys keeping active with the gym, swimming and yoga.
